Awful company just don't use wish that i had not have signed up, complete waste of money and time. They suck you in with a cheap deal, then the add on comes. I was tld 1 month rent and 1 month retainer, signed up, then its 2 months rent and 1 month retainer, then got an email today, oh you need a DD set up if not its 2 months retainer. Total Scam have handed in notice, will never return. The whole floor is empty and all tenants i have spoken to hate it and they are all leaving. Just awful.Update, i have just tried to hand in my notice, and they have charged me 29 GBP for the right to move out, which is buried in their T&Cs. However i am in a fixed desk and havent touched anything so i have no idea how they can charge for this "additional reasonable fees for any repairs needed above and beyond normal wear and tear."This company is clearly just trying to extort every penny from their existing tenants as they clearly cant lease any of their space.

Hi, I’m sorry you felt the need to escalate this.I’ve tried to identify your account but to no avail.Without knowing who you are, I can’t comment specifically about your billing concerns but please understand that your monthly fees are charged a month in advance, and we ask that our office customers pay a refundable retainer at the start of the agreement.We also ask that all customers add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable. I have by a mistake ordered a coffe deal that is very expensive for me, when I am not in the office every day.And the deal is for the same period as the renting agreement (13 months).

GoogleThis agency reminds me of the hyenas; they are greedy and would bite off the last piece of you. They took 900 pounds from my deposit for clearing a 10 square feet garden. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Would not recommend!!!

GoogleShame you cannot put 0 stars as it would be a better reflection of the amount of effort they put in doing a good (or at least decent) job! I believe if you're a landlord, they might be ok as they will allow you to do less than the bare minimum for your property and tenant. If you're a tenant though, be ready to be ignored, get important information late and be scammed out of hundreds when you leave - regardless of how much care you've given the property. Had to take it to the TDS to get some of my deposit back (which I did since I'm not an incompetent liar). The quality of the agency is reflected in the quality of the properties they manage (poor) as no decent landlord would want to trust them with their goods! Never again ✌🏻
