Sarah went through all the options with us and explained everything clearly and in enough detail for us to make the decision that was right for us. We were a little wary of spending money on a mortgage advisor but it definitely took a lot of stress, worry and uncertainty away from our first time buying experience. Always responded to emails and phone calls and helped chase up solicitors to keep the process moving. Solicitors often expect that you understand the process of selling a property. Lisa would always explain and help me to understand the process better. Definately my "go to person" when feeling frustrated. She also kept me updated constantly. GoogleHad a viewing with them in Oldham, we live in stockport drove all the way over there cancelled a dentist appointment for it got there no one was there waited around a bit still no one showed up, phoned up sat on the phone outside the house for 15 mins waiting for an answer finally got through and they said they don't know what's happened someone has cancelled it, I said well I didn't and no one told me, they just said they don't know what happened, waste of time
