GoogleI used Sarah Morgan and Rebecca Taylor for my mortgage and I couldn’t be happier with their service! Very informative and very helpful every step of the way! As first time buyer we really didn’t have a clue what we was doing so Sarah helped us set up insurances and went through different mortgage options for us after seeing which was more affordable and always kept our budget in mind which was so helpful for us! Becky kept me well informed every week with updates keeping my worrying mind at rest which helped me feel at ease buying a new house as I thought it was going to be a lot more stressful. Highly recommend pair of women and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others!

GoogleI wish all the estate agents were like this! There is not enough stars to rate Lisa and the Middleton office. From the first phone call to the whole process of buying right to the end. Lisa is very friendly, polite and kept us updated the whole time. Holly and other agents in the office were also in hand to help and answered calls and emails promptly. Very satisfied and glad there is still estate agents working with such passion. Got the keys to our new house today and can not be happier. Thank you all who helped us get here!!!

GoogleStaff are extremely friendly and professional. They took care of everything for us and sold the house within a week and hakf. Could not of asked for more from them. Sarah arranged the mortgage and seen it all the way through with no hassle, a very helpful service provided not just by Sarah but by her college Anne too. Would highly recomend the services to anyone.

GoogleI bought a house a couple years back and having come out of the fixed period just had the re mortgage done. As you can imagine there is a ton of paperwork most of which is just confusing unless you know what your doing. Becky has been amazing in helping me get everything in order and keeping me up to date with what’s happening and I would highly recommended her to anyone needing help! Thank you so much Becky 😁

GoogleWe were completely clueless when it comes to buying a house and had only just recently saw one that we liked. Sarah Morgan above Ryder and Dutton gave us advice that helped us get the ball rolling months earlier than we thought we would be able to. We had a little trouble with our provider but she guided us back on track and now we are not far off everything being completed! Sarah and her assistant Becky Taylor kept us updated with the progress and answered any questions we had and I pestered A LOT. Thank you so much.

GoogleI have dealt with Jake, Holly and Oliver but mostly with Holly. The service received has been excellent! A buyer for my property was confirmed within 16 days of going up for sale and only 8 weeks later it has completed. Holly and Oliver have gone the extra mile as I live in a foreign country so unable to get some tasks completed they were able to assist me and for this I am very grateful. GoogleRyder & Dutton took on a big job selling my home, but Holly - my negotiator - was persistent, understanding, and incredibly helpful in her role. She secured ten-times as many viewings than I had experienced with the last two estate agents I'd used, and the whole team worked hard to find me a buyer. Their service, however, didn't stop there. Following a family tragedy during a critical part of the sale, Ryder & Dutton went above and beyond what was ever expected of them. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and their friendly, considerate, and thoughtful staff are to be commended. GoogleI purchased a house recently through Ryder-Dutton in Middleton and I could not recommend them highly enough. I have dealt in the past with other estate agents and the service I got from Ryder-Dutton was incomparable. Lisa was always available to talk to and proactive all way through the process of buying the property. Communication was excellent. I was kept informed at all stages and all queries were dealt professionally. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by R-D and I can confidently recommend them to friends and family.

Lisa has always kept me updated throughout the porcess and is always helpfull when I have some queries. Lisa replies are very quick and efficient providing me with the correct information.
