Geraldine and the team at the Oldham branch were most helpful and efficient right from the start of the property going on the market.Geraldine kept me updated via telephone and email throughout, her manner was very professional and she was very easy to talk to. GoogleHighly recommend Ryder and Dutton, the staff are very attentive, flexible & explain things really well for first time buyers. Really appreciated them throughout buying my first home. I first had Kristen who then went on Mat leave and handed over to Robyn and the handover was flawless, both were fantastic. My only bit of advice - After having my offer accepted, I was contacted by R&D and recommended a solicitors called Conveyancing home limited based in Leeds who I absolutely would not recommend they were beyond horrific, caused me an incredible amount of stress and anxiety.

She chased on my behalf, brought forward any concerns I had to the seller and resolved any problems extremely quickly and efficiently. I’d also like to mention Dylan who facilitated the multiple viewings I had. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Huge thanks to everyone that has supported this process, would highly recommend.

I used Ryder & Dutton to sell my house. Estate agents have really upped their game 26 years on from my last house move! I had a dedicated move manager for each step of the process, firstly Michaela who managed the sale & secondly Veda who kept everyone up to speed, liaising with solicitors and kept things on track. Both ladies were very approachable and friendly, supportive and genuinely interested in the whole process. They were also very prompt in answering calls & emails. Altogether it was a super service from all the team.
We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our team during such an important milestone. Navigating a house move after more than two decades can feel overwhelming, so we are pleased that our dedicated managers provided smooth communication, quick responses, and consistent support from listing to completion. GoogleInquired to view a property yesterday and within minutes I received a phone call from Paige Johnson who promptly arranged us a viewing on our requested day and time, in addition to this Paige asked us a few quick questions so we could be emailed any other properties we might be interested in, she went on to arrange us an interview with a mortgage advisor to answer any questions and help us buy our first home as soon and as easy as possible, thankyou!

The sale of my late Mother's house has finally completed after 18 months, during which period I had 2 time wasters that prolonged the selling of the property. Geraldine Marsden was my Move Manager throughout the whole time. Geraldine was brilliant throughout keeping informed at every stage of the process and chasing everyone that needed chasing. I'm sure It was as frustrating for Geraldine when the 2 previous sales fell through as for myself. But eventually the sale completed. I cannot thank Geraldine enough for the time and effort she put in throughout the whole sales process. First class service.
