Really appreciate having Michael there, he's so helpful, quick to respond and always happy to help - he's an asset to the team. Service is great and I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family (in fact I have done and she's happy too!). Sometimes matters in hand may need to be chased, matters with the tenants/contracts etc.; this is something that could be improved. Overall however, very happy.

My partner and I needed to rent our property out as we secured posts in Lima, Peru (a big move!). Robinsons were out-and-out superb in assisting us with the preparation and processes leading to the move and renting our property. I can unreservedly recommend Robinsons to anybody looking to rent or buy. I have also used Robinsons to value our property. As an all-round estate agents, they are top quality and I place them right at the top of the list. I can only say nice things!

Took longer than we wanted but this was down to the Solicitors JS Law who delayed things by losing important documents etc. The estate agents were a pleasure to deal with.

Michael Robinson valued and sold our house. A true professional and what impressed me most was his straight talking honesty. He was extremely helpful especially with the dealing with difficult solicitors to make sure the sale of our home went through smoothly. This was truly unbelievable service for the very low rates that they charge. Incredible company and I can't recommend them highly enough

After the sudden death of our lovely mum my sister and I were left dealing with her estate , we called several estate agents in the local area . I meet with Mark , I found him very honest and sympathetic to our needs , my sister and I really didn't want a board outside the house and Mark agreed that wouldn't be a problem . , the house was only on the market 4 days ! We had 2 viewings and 2 offers ! , approx 12 weeks later we completed without any hassle . I can't thank all the lovely staff at robinsons enough . I would rate there service 5 star and would recommend them to anyone . .thank you .

Having bought and sold from Robinsons in our past transaction 8 years ago, we were keen to give them the opportunity to value our property for sale on this occasion too. Their valuation was honest and well researched unlike other local larger agents who compared our property to ones 5/6 miles away in a very different town. Once on the market, the property was sold within a few days, and even when that initial sale fell through, it was re-marketed again and sold a 2nd time within another few days. Mark and his team were all equally helpful every time I called and although we now live out of the area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinsons.

GoogleBooked a viewing with them for today and my partner left work an hour early to go to it as I was working and they had no other time available. He called them before he left work and just got through to a voicemail at 4pm, surely they should have someone by the phones at this time? My partner turned up at the house on time and the current tenant said that the estate agent left 15 minutes ago. I had received a voice mail from the same estate agent saying that he had to cancel the viewing because of a leak in the property and the contractor took the keys from them... which was obviously a lie. Not even wasting time having anything to do with them. They lie about cancelling appointments so I really don't see how anyone could trust them to sell their highest valued commodity.
I’m sorry Sophie that you were not happy with our service; this is the first time we have been alerted to your experience and has come as a surprise! We understand that you had indeed booked a viewing for your partner; my colleague tried to make contact with you on two occasions prior to the appointment and was unsuccessful in reaching you, as you hadn’t left any contact details for your partner we were unable to reach him. We make it company policy to confirm all appointments prior to leaving the office and especially as you/your partner were coming from outside Dunstable. We had 3 other viewings at that same time and as you or your partner hadn’t shown we left the property as we needed to be back for the Contractor who was carrying out some essential maintenance works following a leak. Sorry also that you reached our Voicemail, we are experiencing an un-presented busy period in our rentals department and if your partner had left a message we could have made alternative arrangements to suit you. My colleague tried once again on his return to make contact with you, he was successful in leaving you a voicemail updating you of his position. We were so pleased we sold our property with Robinsons. Not only did they produce excellent particulars for the online marketing but the photographs they took were far better than we had seen with other agents. This all helped to show our property at its best and we sold quickly. The commission was very competitive too. Highly recommended.
