Excellent, the best agency I dealt with so far... They are very helpful and honest people, They show everything and explain properly and in great detail, The are very professional doing their job in every aspect regardless if it is purchasing, selling or renting a property, I do recommend them to my friends. They are very polite and cool.

GoogleMyself and my partner were looking for a 2 bed property in the Dunstable area as we have an 18 month old child. We dealt with a polite and helpful chap named Michael. Our tenancy lasted for 6 months before we set our sights on a bigger property, Robinsons could not be more accommodating for our needs and helped with a hassle free transition from one property to another. I have rented from numerous agents over the years but cannot fault this company for their professional approach and speed of response whenever maintenance issues were raised. We highly recommend Robinsons to anybody in need of estate agent services.

I have rented with robinsons for just over two years always struggled with getting problems with the property sorted without a long wait for it to happen , I left the property in January and the service I received was poor and I was spoken to very rudely when I questioned why I was still waiting for my deposit I would ring and email with no response from any one just rudely ignored the contract stated all refunds must be refunded in 10 days but I was made to wait a month before I received it and the company took more out of my deposit than what was agreed in an email when I pointed out they can not charge me for a renewed contract as I did not renew a contract I left ,the company chose to just ignore me and took the money any way very quick to take your money and provide service but when it comes to them returning it it was awful i have read many reviews from people who have experienced the same problem but of corse robinsons only chose to show the good reviews on their website I have rented properties for ten years and I can honestly say this was the worst company I have had to deal with

GoogleI would strongly to suggest you to look elsewhere until its not to late, Robinsons deserve all the bad reviews they do have. They will be quick to charge your fees, but when you need something from agency, just forget - no replays nothing
We believe it very important to encourage our clients to share their views of our service, good or bad as this demonstrates a balanced overall view of what we have to offer... sadly, on limited occasions and with this one in particular we have received a review that we have had no dealings! We can confirm that we have not or have never taken any monies from Mr Janis Jerins on any rental property that we managed and would encourage Mr Jerins to make contact with us to resolve as our aim is to have many happy clients........

GoogleI will change my response due to the fact that it was a little harsh. My biggest problem was leaving messages with someone else in the office who didn't bother to pass them on. The young gentleman who showed me round was very pleasant and I would happily use him again. As for the offer I explained I was willing to pay the asking price. Although I see it is still being advertised on rightmove. I shall call you tomorrow as I do feel I owe yourself somewhat of an apologie
Thank you Anthony for taking the time to give us your thoughts to our service, although somewhat saddened by you review as I thought we had a good working relationship. The reason for the delay with access was due to the fact the property you had shown interest in was tenanted and took time to arrange, however, we did accompany you around and your subsequent offer was rejected by the owner as a higher offer was received, you were give the opportunity to increase but declined. I therefore feel that your review is a little harsh but appreciate you are free to promote your opinion. GoogleI would highly suggest you look else where before renting with Robinson's. As previous comments before state quick to take your money with fees but when an issue arises never around to help. Previous tenant
Hi Dan, sorry you felt you needed to bring this to Google/. As I confirmed to you, we did NOT want to take your money (as unusual as that sounds) as I was asked for a Current Landlord Reference. My concerns were that you are a previous tenant of some 12 months ago and therefore not relevant for your on-going landlord. Really happy to discuss further with you in order to resolve and assist with your onward move.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous! I've heard stories about other estate agents being difficult. However, my experience with Robinsons of Dunstable as a first time tennent went very smooth and hassle free. They always kept me up to date with all the relevant information and assisted me with paperwork and so on. A very special thanks to Michael.
