If I could give them more than 5* I would, Sam & Sharon at the Sedgefield office went above and beyond their duties during the sale and purchase of our home. On the days I was stressed with the solicitors etc. they took the problem out of my hands and sorted it. Had a really good, easy experience purchasing our first home through Robinson’s. We dealt with Sally and Joy and both were very friendly, polite, professional and made everything really clear throughout the process. Especially having had pretty poor dealings with a different estate agent on a sale which fell through, we couldn’t have been happier with the service from Robinson’s and they’ll be our first port of call if and when we come to sell (which hopefully won’t be for a long time!). No problems whatsoever. Our main contact was a lady called Joy and she was incredibly helpful and friendly and was always really responsive to any and all requests (and we had a lot with this being our first purchase!). Would certainly recommend.
