Cannot thank Robinson's enough! Sold our house within 3 weeks of been on the market. They helped us buy a house and the customer service is excellent. They even helped sort out a mortgage when ours were going to slow. A special thank you to Mandy in the spennymoor branch we really can't fault any of it.

Robinsons Ingleby Barwick officeFrom Start To Finnish They have been so professional and friendly. its meant to be stressful selling your home! I cant believe how helpful everyone has been and its actually been enjoyable. I've had a laugh with them along the way. I had viewings first day that the house was marketed and it sold within a week !!!!! Wow amazing. I cant praise them and thank them enough.I have been recommending them to all my friends and family. Would not hesitate to recommend Robinsons, really impressed with the hard graft put in by everyone especially Danny. We engaged Robinsons and Ingleby Homes to sell our home so it was easy to gauge the levels of effort put in by each by each Estate Agent, I have to say that I was seriously underwhelmed by Ingleby Homes. Robinsons went above and beyond to ensure we got a sale at close to the price we wanted and during the whole process the communication was second to none.If you are thinking of selling your house you will not go far wrong in trusting Robinsons to do the business.

Robinsons marketed and sold my property in a very short space of time despite the buyer having problems with his mortgage company. They constantly chased things up to speed the sale along and kept me informed every step of the way. I was extremely grateful for the sound advice their knowledgable staff in the Durham office were able to offer me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

I was looking to move to Stockton to be near my family; I'd visited the area quite a few time but didn't have much luck arranging viewings with some Estate Agents. Our house sold quickly and the buyers wanted to move in asap. So I contacted Danny at Robinson to arrange a viewing for that evening and he also told me about another property to view and promptly arranged them both; I was very impressed. I decided to purchase one of the properties I viewed and whenever I asked to revisit or had any questions either Danny or Cheryl would sort it out with complete professionalism.I found Danny and Cheryl from Robinsons approach to be professional, very helpful and a pleasure to talk to.As a buyer I would certainly recommend using Robinsons to sell a property as I'm sure they will aid the process on the sellers behalf and that of the potential buyer.
