Robinson’s have been great, especially Elaine who delt with us from the beginning. Very helpful from start to finish, even when we were having trouble getting our mortgage accepted she always gave us time and space to get things sorted and and advice when we needed it. We are very greatful for this as we now are moving into our first home. Thank you for everything Elaine. Also thank you for recommending Carol Mitchell who helped us get the mortgage in the end after a lot of stress with it previously, Carol was brilliant and ensured she got everything sorted for us very quickly. Always keeping us in the loop with everything and was overall a very kind and helpful lady who you could see strived to help her customers. We are both so very greatful for this. Robinsons were transparent all the way from advising on and negotiating a fair price for the property, showing and quickly advertising the property and making a quick sale. They also have a process for advising on a solicitor for conveyancing for a fixed price which was very helpful. We knew from start to finish how much we would pay the commission was very reasonable and well worth it for the customer support given.

Rude member of staff who clearly did not want to communicate with me . Lack of communication between the different staff I had to deal with . I initially chose Robinson’s to sell my home as my then partner worked for the company when this relationship ended I can only say that I was then spoken to disrespectfully and in an unfriendly manner . I would not have any further dealings with Robinson’s as in my opinion they have allowed personal feelings to detrimentally impact on their professionalism with my house sale

Fabulous Team workAfter a bit of a disaster a couple of years ago, when my apartment became vacant I decided to give Robinsons Estate Agent, Ingleby Barwick another change. When I phoned I spoke to the Manager, Richard, and he couldn't have been more helpful and with a fantastic team in the office they found me a new tenant within a month.I cant thank them enough.

The girls in the office help in any way they can to ensure a smooth sale including viewings, information gleaned after the viewings and helping in any way possible to assist both the buyer and the seller.
