I don’t have a bad word to say about Robinson’s. My husband and I have rented with Mark at Robinsons on and off for a Long time. We have never had any problems what so ever being a tenant in any of their properties. Any issues we had over the years although very minor were resolved quickly. We have grown to know Michael quite well over the years. Him and Mark have always gone out of their way to find us the perfect property. After a few years in one of their lovely rentals, we were in a position to buy. They went above and beyond for us in every way. I was registered with all local agents, who hadn’t came up with anything, and on quite a few occasions didn’t even bother to call back. Robinson’s came up trumps again, found us our perfect forever home, and the whole process from their end went very smoothly! I would highly recommend them, from rentals to buying- and if the time ever came where we did want to sell (doubtful) we would be straight on the phone to them.

Terrible service from Robinsons Estate Agents

Looked at selling our house with Robinsons. Contracted them twice, once in person two days after valuation. Then again two days later. Never heard back from them until I rang to ask a third time, if they wanted to sell my house. Sounded uninterested, told me the valuers were busy out the office. Said forget it then! Amazingly not 10 minutes later I get a phonecall from Robinsons. Too late by then, I'd gone with another agent.Terrible service, obviously think they can treat customers with contempt.
