The Robinsons team was welcoming when I walked through the door one weekend. The person I valued the most was Joy Cruddas. She really helped expedite my move. Joy pushed my solicitor who frankly worked at a snails pace. If it wasn't for all of Joy's hard work - I suspect that I'd still be waiting to move

Not a fan of Estate Agents in general if truth be told but I dealt with Robinsons as they were the agents selling the property I eventually bought and they were actually ok. Didn't really have to chase them up about things and everyone there was very polite and nice to deal with and the chap who did the viewings was very good.

Robinsons Chester le Street handled the sale of a property for me. Michael listed the property within hours of the initial instruction. The branch generated over 20 viewings, multiple offers and it sold for over the asking price. Their Sunday accompanied viewing service is also very useful. Thanks to everyone at the branch.
