GoogleSo happy with the service from Robinsons Estate Agents in Dunstable. Brilliant, friendly and efficient team. Thanks especially to Michael, who swiftly found me a buyer for my Dunstable flat, then professionally managed the sale throughout. Michael kept me promptly updated, managed the price negotiations very well and helped to connect me with a good solicitor for the conveyancing. We've exchanged contracts this week - I found myself wondering, really, should it be this easy?! Highly recommended.

He has been absolute legend and top fella in helping with it, been very patient and kept me up to date throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Robinsons Lettings to my friends and family and work colleagues for a top job with helping me and service. I apologise for my enthusiastic reaction when I got the flat and over eagerness to hand over my money I think I freaked you out a bit! Robinson's Estate agents sold my house within 24 hours and supported me funding a new property within a few weeks in a difficult market... They were efficient and stayed in contact throughout the process making sure I was involved with every step of the move. Robinson's were helpful, friendly and went out of their way, over and above .what was necessary. They are local agents who know the local area.I would recommend them to anyone considering moving.

I am a first time buyer and obviously was not exactly knowledgable about buying a property. I was shown a few properties by Michael who never rushed me in my viewing was willing to answer all of my questions and not once made me feel like I was being annoying. Then finally I found my property and from then on out Michael was like my right hand. As I said I had no experience with buying a property but Micahel went over and above what he was expected to do. I constantly receivied updates and information from Michael and to be honest he done more than my solicitors. Everyone at Robinsons was polite, friendly and professional, and I would strongly advise anyone who is buying or selling a property before going to any other estate agents (as I had joined up to all of them within the Dunstable area) to start at Robinsons, I promise you will not be disappointed. After 4 very long months I finally collected the keys for my new property and I can honestly say if it was not for Michael and his dedication I don't think I would have got to this stage. I can't thank Michael and all the staff at Robinsons enough for everything they done for me. It's a great estate agents and I would advise anyone to use them because if the agents are even half as good as Michael you will come away a very happy customer.

We have purchased, sold,,rented and let property all with Robinson's and frankly, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Mark and his team go over and above any other agent we have dealt with.. Michael has just guided us through a particularly tricky sale to a successful completion and Tracey has been really helpful with our rental property. Excellent service, a friendly, professional team and they don't charge a fortune!! Why would we want to go anywhere else??
