Totally fantastic service

Totally fantastic service. Robinsons went above and beyond keeping us informed at all stages. Libby who arranged viewings was so friendly and happy on the phone. Joy was amazing she pushed the sale and kept us updated. And on our day of completion Sally helped to put us at ease and helped with the completion. House purchase

Always happy to answer questions and quickly arranged two viewings, happy to help with unlocking garage when asked for second viewing. The gift bag given at keys handover was a nice gesture.

Robinson’s accepted an offer on my…

Robinson’s accepted an offer on my parents behalf without the purchaser holding a valid mortage offer! It’s wasted months and cost double solicitor fees which I personally think Robinson’s should pay!!

Hi SueThank you for your comments ref your parents sale. I am sorry you feel that on this occasion the high standards that we set at Robinsons were not met. We have a procedure for checking a purchasers financial situation and having looked at the file it appears this was carried out correctly. Sometimes the lender will then chose not to proceed with the case which is out of our control. It is very annoying but part of the buying and selling setup in the uk. I would recommend Robinsons to friends…

I would recommend Robinsons to friends and family. They look after the property I have rented out and the staff are most helpful in offering advice when asked. In particular, Charlotte Graham who has been most patient in taking photographs after I refurbished the property and getting it back onto the rental market for me. I hope to continue this working relationship for many months to come.

Too long to wait for keys when our money had been cleared and couldn’t get the keys to our new property.

Can’t believe the wait for keys when money is cleared ,and you have a removal company waiting outside your new property,a 2hour wait .
