thank you to all girls and Claire assistant manager and every one else who has been so nice when we attended office Stockton branch office and also on the telephone. I feel sorry there had to deal with miller homes during the sale of my next house my soliciter has had the same trouble. all estate agents should not take on miller home part ex change deals. as there don't get back to estate agents or soliciter. thank you all so much great great stuff but 0 out a million to miller homes shocking

Robinsons were helpful from the start. As we were first time buyers we weren't really sure of the process, Sacha Bambrough ensured we understood the process and an estimate of how long it would it take. They provided updates throughout the process to ensure we were kept in the loop. When the sale had completed Sacha rang to inform me the keys were available to collect. We had a great experience and would recommend purchasing a home from Robinsons to anyone.

Robinson’s remained involved throughout the process of buying the house- They continued the communication between the seller and myself, up until exchange of contracts. Buying a house can be stressful and Robinson’s endeavoured to support both parties where possible.

GoogleI purchased my flat from Robinsons, in later years I rented out my flat via Robinsons Lettings and then finally I sold my flat with Robinsons. In total this covered 12 years. They were always polite, they always phoned me back and had time for me. During the letting and the sale period I dealt with the same person all time and was not passed to a contact I did not know. The first sale fell through and it was a very stressful time waiting for a new buyer. I found Robinsons supportive and positive throughout the process. I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.
