We had used Robinsons, Durham City for many years as our management letting agency for a house rental. We decided to sell the rental property and our own home together as a pair and we could not have placed that responsibility in better hands. It is not an easy task to sell 2 houses as a pair together. All of the staff are 5 star people who understand the needs and problems of vendors. Robinson's have a vast array of experience, understanding and empathy which, we had to call on during our selling process. Their representative (Keith) who initially visited us and advised us regarding their marketing and advertising was extremely good, very experienced, helpful and polite. The office staff including, Joanne, Anne and Stacey could not have done enough for us throughout the process. Their Customer Service was second to none, even when we had a few problems they were all there to advise and lend a helping hand. I would recommend Robinson's to anybody and would like convey our thanks to all of their staff. Thank you.

Jade and the ladies were amazing!

Dealing with the ladies at the Sedgefield office was great from start to finish. Anita gave up her time after work to show me around some houses and when I finally decided on one, Jade went above and beyond to make sure the process was as stress-free as possible for me. She kept me up to date with progress and chased up solicitors on both sides to make sure everything was on track. As a First Time Buyer, that sort of customer service was amazing.I’d highly recommend using this estate agency and I’d like to thank Jade and the girls for all their hard work.

Hi Mark, You are right the condition of the flat has been reviewed and analysed by different surveyors and the insurance companies who have denied to pay for the maintenance. Since we are having the reports from that you cannot justify the condition .Then i did not put review about the landlord its all about the services from the agency. When i confirm the flat the agency told that there is furniture and when we shifted the flat was empty.. Then when we started using kitchen everyday the kitchen used to get flooded and after continuous mails the landlord send the plumber .. Then the bathroom since 16 years the flat and the entire building was suffering with this toilet ..whenever we take shower the person who is staying downstairs had to keep containers to collect the water from our flat..Then that issue took more that 6 months to get sorted..Then the person is staying upstairs was constantly making issues and the landlord itself filed cases against him under so many criminal activities..Then about the agency they didn't even come to help in any of these issues. They didn't even call back..Even i wont even recommend this agency..Then if any agency want to need proof about these issues i can easily provide.. Because i have all the evidences about the issues we have face there..Even neighbours had faced so many issues due the under maintained flat. If Mr Mark need any further clearance about the condition contact the insurance company who reviewed, the surveyors and the lady who living downstairs. Thanks
