You did not return to our calls or email messages in short you do not communicate . This workplace and their attitude is very unprofessional . At every step of the process, we made sure to communicate the financial requirements clearly. This included the initial registration, the viewing, before accepting any payments, and again when you signed the Application for Tenancy, which outlined both your obligations and the necessary financial criteria.
We do feel it’s important to point out that the lack of communication you referred to may be a misunderstanding, as the primary factor preventing the tenancy from proceeding was related to the financial assessment.
