I was hugely impressed with Steve Robinson and Jamie who works there. We had a problem today that was no ones fault but .... superman Steve swung into action and went more than the extra mile involving cleaners and keys and locksmiths and Uncle Tom Cobbly and all. Problem sorted. Amazing. The service they provided from start to finish was exceptional. Highly, highly recommended.

GoogleHi, Just be aware if you have any issues with the property don’t expect any help from Robinsons, I have very bad experience and needed external help to get out of the unsafe property. Never in my 10 years of renting i seen such an attitude towards costumer. but oh well good luck in future
Sorry Ivo that you were unhappy and wished you had of given us the opportunity to put things right. We believed that you were really happy with our service, appreciate that the big storm hit the block hard and had slight delays with repairs to the building but that was in the hands if insurers and the maintenance company. I know we were able to release you earlier from you tenancy as you had relocated for a new job. Hope all is good with the new job and your new property Ivo.

Sharon has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Robinsons dealt with both our sale and purchase and went above and beyond to keep us updated at every step. Sharon chased the solicitors to keep to the time frames and made frequent calls so we were kept in the loop. She remained unbiased, realistic and fair throughout both processes and we knew we could go to her with any query! We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Unfortunately,the cynic in me equates all Estate Agents with used Car salesmen. They promise you the earth and then...….We started out with high hopes. The valuation was undertaken promptly and professionally. We were impressed with the sales pitch and the assurances about how lovely our home was and how easily it should sell. We even marketed it lower than the valuation to help make it more appealing. 2 months in, not one viewing, so we reduced the price again. 4 months in 2 viewings (in reality both couples came twice) Positive feedback given, but nothing else. After this, we requested that only people in a position to proceed were to view our home, as it takes so long to 'prep' beforehand, (I'm a perfectionist) especially when you are both at work all week! 2 more viewings between January and April this year and it is now July. No regular contact as promised. Nothing on how to help market and sell our home. 1 year in, a total of 4 viewings and nothing else, so, now we have to do it all over again and try and find another agent who can actually do the job you are going to pay them a lot of money for.

From making the appointment to value my property right through to completion of the sale the staff at Robinson Bishop Auckland office kept me up to date and were proactive at all steps of the way. I moved to France just before the sale was confirmed but this made no difference to the service received and I felt confident that I could leave things, including the keys, in their hands to ensure that the sale went smoothly. Currently living next door to a property rented out by Robinson’s estate agent, we share a fence that is the rented houses responsibility, 1/2 of the fence is practically falling down and was reported by the tenant approx 8 weeks ago which has still not been repaired. After chasing this up today we have been told as it’s not an emergency and they are unable to give us a timescale of how long the repair/replacement is going to take. I thought Robinson’s would have a little more pride in the appearance of the houses they rent out and for the people living next door to them but obviously I was wrong.It is now the 2nd of July and still the fence has not been repaired! I look forward to your response Mr Wright.
