I bought a house via Robinsons and due to a long chain it was a very stressful process with delays and dramas along the way! However, Joy the Sales Progressor at Darlington was the calm in the storm and went above and beyond to ensure all issues were resolved and we all had a happy outcome :-)

Cheap but not value for money.Although the cheapest in the area they did not seem to actively market the property, keep us up updated or give us a direct/constant contact point.They promised to do the viewings on a vacant property but never managed a single one.Despite that we fell lucky and a buyer was found very quickly who liked the house, the area and wanted to move quickly. We did the negotiations and the buyer pushed the sale through quickly, no involvement or help by Robinsons.The biggest expense in this house sale, that only lasted 2 months, was Robinsons. The bill was 3 times the legal fees!!

Called to view a property and was told they had accepted an offer so couldn’t view but if I left my number just incase . A week later got a call to see if I wanted to view , saw it the next day , rang the office put in an offer which was accepted straight away , even though we are not their client they have have kept me up to date all the way through . I’d not have a problem using them in the future . Very professional great staff very courteous. 5 stars .
