Overall, a very good service. Once a buyer appeared Robinsons were quick to work with our solicitor so that the sale was speedy. As the property was unoccupied and we did not live nearby they were efficient meeting and showing potential buyers round the house and passing on feedback.

I have bought 2 properties and sold 1 through Robinson's. During the buying process they were faultless, with excellent communication. That would have got 5 stars. For the selling process the fees were reasonable and relatively inclusive. Communication however was largely nonexistent after I had accepted an offer, and this lost the last star.

Ingleby Barwick office Have dealings over the past 5 years and would just like to say Danny and his team are doing A great job .Ive have recently sold ,bought ,and rented a property out with them .The can do approach from Danny with his realist valuation on property’s for sale and rental the property was not sat on the market and having to reduce it time and time again and making it look like a closing down sale .Donna and Toni also are great at their roles in sales and rentals keeping myself as a landlord up to date with current legal regulations for industry. Robinsons as a company need to keep supporting the office with back up from head office as iam sure they already do thanks Andrew

I knew robinsons for their great reputation through friends so we went with them for selling our house. Both Louis and Joy who we dealt with for the sale of our home were both excellent. We sold our home in three days with the help of Louis who took fab pictures and had a great description of our house. Joy made sure the ending of the sale went smoothly.
