Estate Agent you can trust in Hartlepool

As Executor, I had two houses to sell. I live more than 40 miles away, didn’t know anything about the local Estate Agents and I needed one that would attend when viewings were required etc. It was quite accidental that I chose Robinsons, I rang a number of high-profile Estate Agents and I was totally underwhelmed by their attitude until I got to Robinsons who appeared, on the phone at least, to be very professional.With hindsight, good decision. I have dealt with several people from Robisons over a number of months and, without exception, they have been professional, friendly and given the impression that nothing is too much trouble and that they are very keen to complete the sale. They have kept me informed throughout, shown people around, advised me of offers and gone back to potential buyers with counter offers, kept me advised if anything needed doing to the properties, and generally made the experience very simple and straightforward. I should also say that they are very competitively priced, especially if you are selling more than one property.

I was given Michael’s number by a friend who rents via Robinson’s and had a good experience. My last agent was terrible. The flats were left in a read state by the last tenants, and needed a complete refurbishment. Micheal did everything required. The flat was then let in tip top condition. His communication is good and calls me when he has new that needs sharing. They also managed the sale of a property for me, and did a great job on this managing a complicated buyer. If you’re a landlord, give them a call. If your a tenant with a patchy employment history and want a cheep place to rent, call another agent. Robinson’s take on quality and rent to quality tenants.

Having had a dim view of estate agents because of a bad experience with the last one I used that was suppose to let my property and was nightmare I was reluctant and bit hesitant on using another. I took a leap of faith and rang Robinsons Ingleby Barwick office. Donna was the person who dealt with lettings and she was so positive reassuring and genuine that I signed up to let our property. Toni who deals with incoming calls was professional and always rang me back when promised and took many of my calls such a lovely approach to customer service. Donna was my main contact throughout the whole process and I cannot speak any more highly of her so professional and her reputation for fantastic customer service is 2nd to none honestly the service From her is brilliant so warm and helpful nothing is too much trouble.Great communication From her She kept me informed every step of the way. Viewings organised and followed up with feedback. The house was let within couple weeks and as a result of such an amazing service another house we let we have now gone to a managed service thanks to Donna this was so quick for us. She is an asset to Robinsons.
