My first but definitely not my last time using Robinson’s - Stockton Absolutely amazing group of people working here. This was the first time we have bought and sold a property at the same time. Enquiries and issues are always dealt with quickly and professionally. They really do care about their customers. Every member of staff I have spoken to has done everything they can to help with my queries and have helped make moving home so much easier. Things haven’t always went to plan as we were purchasing a Repossession but the staff at Robinsons have went above and beyond to put me at ease and support us through the whole process. I would like to thank everyone there but a particular mention has to go out to Claire (Sales),Lindsey, Rachel, and mark for putting this amazing, efficient team together. Will definitely be using again, and can’t recommend them enough! Thank you again! X

The house was sold very quickly, the service was good with house inspections because it was empty and accompanied viewings. I was informed prior to each viewing and got feedback afterwards. Everybody was helpful when I needed to contact the office.

Most aspects of Robinsons were great in selling my house - notably the house evaluation and speedy to market setup plus the pay after sale costs really gave a low risk strategy.When the offer came in; I felt I was a little by myself in the negotiation. It was my own pushing for more which was against the advice given to me that gained extra in the sale price. I guess each negotiation is different though and perhaps I was lucky.I must note feedback from my buyer who mentioned Robinsons seemed to prefer to deal with her mother which was disappointing to her.Ultimately, we put the house up for sale with Robinsons and they helped us sell it in a reasonable timeframe which is exactly what we wanted, and we'll always appreciate that.
