To whom may concern,I was on my way to see the house on sunday January 19th 2020 and the person in charge to show me the property called me 40 minutes before the appointment (11a.m.) saying that he cannot show me the house cause the tenants are not available before 12 p.m. without explain the reasons.I consider this unacceptable behaviour from both parties since I organised this view almost 1 week ago and there was plenty of time to organise themself and eventually reschedule the viewing.I was already on my way to see the property when i received the call.I organise my journey and I do think people can organise theirs so I found unacceptable and rude and unprofessional what just happened to me.I'd like to remind that everybody in this world have plans during the day so it is ridiculous trying to postpone a viewing 40 minutes before the actual viewing.

From start to finish staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful. They were understanding of the fact that I was not very technically minded and assisted in any way that they could. Transaction went through fairly smoothly given that it was right in the middle of of Christmas and New year. I am now getting ready to move into my new rental and am very happy.

GoogleWhen it rained the whole kitchen would flood. Thick mold had been painted over so when wonder came we were in shock. We both had asthma so god knows what it was doing to our health. The bath didn't have hot water and when we logged it with maintenance absolutely F all happend about it. Thanks for nothing.
Sorry to hear Alice you went through this experience, sadly our hands were tied as the landlord would not authorise us to carry out any essential repairs leaving us both very frustrated... I hope all is better with your new home.
