A lot of the properties I was interested in viewing was with Robinsons, we spoke to there mortgage advisor to see what we could afford and get a mortgage in place, when we found the one we loved and wanted to buy we rang straight away communication was great and offer put in they made next steps clear throughout

Right from the initial meeting with Louis through to completion I felt in safe hands. House was showcased extremely well with impressive photos / video. A massive thank you to Joy. During COVID the team have been ok. However I have had to ring for updates, ask for chases etc which would have been better if every time an update happened I was informed. I had a few no show viewings on a weekend when the branch was closed so I had to just wait. However when I did phone I was always greeted by a friendly voice. Thank you.

GoogleWe can highly recommend Jordan At Robinsons. He was always on hand to answer our queries and questions however trivial and always kept us up to date on every part of the move. We felt Jordan worked really hard for us and helped both the sale and purchase of our properties run smoothly.

The actual sale of the property went well, however my experiences prior to finding a seller were not what I expected: I felt that the property was over-value but was assured that the price was right for both the property and the area. As I didn't hear anything about viewings, I contacted the agents to be told that there were a lot of hits on the internet which showed there was interest - my view was that if the hits weren't becoming viewings, something was wrong and I felt it was the asking price. A buyer did come along but withdrew. I gave it another couple of weeks and again heard nothing. I again contacted the agents and this time the price was reduced at my instigation, and as that still didn't attract prospective buyers, I made a further reduction which the staff agreed was the right thing to do. This had the desired effect - plenty of viewings and a buyer who has now completed the purchase. I felt that had I now contacted the agents and suggested a price reduction, nothing would have happened. I still feel disappointed with the lack of contact from the agents: internet hits are not a good way of judging interest, that can only be done by the number of viewings; staff were not proactive in making contact, that was done by myself. As stated, the sale went well, but I am left with a feeling the whole process could have gone better.

I was looking for the right agent to rent my house for a while. I live abroad so I had to be sure. Robinsons estate agent was recommended to me. Being a bit nervous as I am not in the UK it was important that I felt confident. I spoke to Donna who was absolutely amazing. She put my mind at rest and answered all my many queries. Saying it is one thing but they really delivered. I spoke to Rob a few times who was very helpful and always returned my calls which with many agents this doesn’t happen. Donna elevated all my worries and within no time a suitable Tennant was found. I have had no issues with my tenant at all. She thought of everything and made the process stress free for me. My tenant has been in for a few months now. My letting is expertly managed Thank you Michael
