We were very pleased with the service we received from the Hartlepool branch from the initial marketing of our property, all the way through to completion. Despite the difficult months during the pandemic, we were still able to communicate with the team and receive feedback from potential buyers. Abnormal behaviour for an estate agent

Durham branch. Impossible to get through to, had to seek out property owner ourselves, they then lied several times about trying to contact us back, landlord said himself we were preferred for the property, finally got through to arrange a viewing, estate agents then didn't turn up for our viewing, when we called upset as partner had taken time off work and lost a whole days wage, they again lied about having tried to contact us to let us know and then claimed the property owner had already accepted an offer, when we contacted property owner he said that that wasn’t true. Bizzare. Basically called myself, my partner and the property owner all liars. Believe the property manager’s name is Danielle.

I chose Robinsons Bishop Auckland to sell my house because I had a good service from them when purchasing the house. Although the process was slow due to COVID-19 and a delay on the house we were purchasing due to their new build not being ready, this was no fault of Robinsons and they kept us up to date with information they gathered. I had trouble with the company we were buying from and was given contradicting information from them, so when I contacted Robinsons, they were quick to find out what was going on and they let me know what was happening which was great. Sam and Natalie in particular were very helpful throughout and Sam especially always has a friendly and happy manner.

I would highly recommend Robinson’s estate agents and would definitely use them again. We both bought and sold through Robinson’s Darlington branch and the girls where lovely and so helpful throughout especially Kathrine Quinton on sales and Joy Cruddas on sales progression. Nothing was a problem and they always went the extra mile to help us and to make everything go as smoothly as possible. I hope Robinson’s appreciate how lucky there are to have them as part of there team! I’ve used various estate agents in the past and in my opinion Robinson’s are the best there is. First class service 10/10.
