After accidentally locking ourselves out on a Sunday in lockdown AND the coldest snowy day of the year, we were stuck with nowhere to go and had to book into a hotel. Robinsons was closed however I tried to reach the lovely staff as a last option not expecting anyone to reply as it was their day of rest. Luckily a few hours later we got a call from manager Ryan to come and pick our spare keys up. We are so grateful, Robinsons went beyond customer care especially given they were not open ! We were so happy to be home and definitely learnt our lesson about locking ourselves out the house ! Thank you Robinsons 5 star service and thank you for how much you care about your customers !! Excellent After Sales Service

We have just completed on the sale of our house and I would highly recommend the Team at the Robinson’s Darlington Branch to handle your sale. Like many people, I had deliberated between going with an online Estate Agent at a cheaper rate or going with an established local high street Estate Agent. I am so pleased I chose the latter. The Sales Team were easy to contact, quick to reply and everyone was familiar with our home to handle sales enquiries. However, the real value of going with them was the after sales service. Our sale was in a chain and numerous issues arose in the 3 months following us accepting our offer. Joy Cruddas, from the After Sales Team, was exceptional in keeping us up to date, looking into the issues which were delaying things and spoke on numerous occasions to the other parties in the chain on our behalf. I had expected that it would be the solicitor who would progress the sale to completion but in fact it was Robinsons who continued to push the sale. I know friends who have gone with the cheaper online Estate agents who have told me that this was not the case for them and that they were left to do this part of the sales themselves. I would not have liked to have navigated the issues which delayed and complicated our sale on my own. I would highly recommend.

An Estate Agent you can actually trust

We have recently had dealings with both the letting and sales sides of Robinson’s. They have been efficient, professional and friendly. They are competitively priced and realistic in their valuations, unlike other estate agents in the local area. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and when dealing with the letting team they promptly addressed any issues raised by the tenant to reduce the stress of letting. I have had dealings with a number of other estate agents in the local area and feel that Robinson’s is without doubt the best and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends. When selling our property they went the extra mile to ensure the marketing was first class and our property sold on the first viewing for the price they had anticipated. If you want a stress free,professional, high quality service then go to them.
