The selling of my property wasn’t good. Had no interest/viewings until I complained/wanted to cancel the contract. Communication was lacking. The sales progression side of the business (after sale) was excellent. Communication was excellent. Always returned my calls and answered all my queries. Kept me up to date every step until completion.

GoogleI have just completed on my first property with Robinson’s, I was a bit wary at the start due to Covid and the housing market, however Robinson’s were very reassuring and helpful. I will definitely be using Robinson’s again in the near future.

If I could put 0 stars I would. An absolute joke. Not helpful, took forever to to do the simple tasks, questioning if they are doing everything legally as renting laws have changed yet I don't think this company are up-to-date with this. We had no choice in going through this estate agency as the house was up to let with them but we will not try renting or buying through these EVER again.

GoogleI have recently let my property through Robinson's and can hands down say that the process couldn't have gone any smoother. Michael who I believe is the lettings manager, walked me through the whole process (as I am new to this) and answered any of my frequent questions! Considering there is currently a pandemic, the team did everything they can and for that i want to say a massive THANK YOU!
Thank you James, to be honest the process is very easy when you have clients like yourself, the government have hit the industry hard with regulation which can be extremely frustrating and time delaying but appreciate your patience.
