In particular, my thanks to Joy who helped me enormously, with great advice and humour. She went above and beyond to make sure the final sales process went smoothly. I used Robinsons to sell a family member's house who sadly died in April 2020& it has been a difficult time because of the pandemic and the fact that we live 5 hours away.I have used estate agents many times as we used to renovate property & Robinson's service has been excellent. The staff & manager were friendly and helpful so I would definitely recommend them.

The Sedgefield branch have been great. Ryan was really friendly and easy to talk to with great insight into the local market, and Sharon and Jade have been super helpful with any queries over the phone. The team have made what could have been a tedious process as easy and simple as possible. I don't intend on moving house again any time soon but Robinsons would certainly be my estate agent of choice again.

GoogleVery bad experience, unprofessional staff. I had a view of a property, and on the same day I sent my confirmation by email that I want to rent and what it wan told they need the payslips and ID cards for me and my partner. Despite that, I was calling almost every day for 2 weeks and every time it was told me I will be called back and is awaiting the landlord approval. And plenty calls to them and all the time same answers. All of these, after 2 weeks I seen on there website the property I viewed appears as already rented, so I called them and I was asking them why they stuck people on a rental with false promises when they actually rented the property to some one else. Their answer was just "unfortunately the property is already rented", even not an apology. I am very disappointed with them.
