Having been badly burned previously by another estate agent I was more than excessively apprehensive, stressed and even terrified to sell another house!! I’d found a house I liked, had an offer accepted which was all handled by Robinson’s without any issues and then I met Sam the manager. I spoke with him about wanting to auction my house, about my lack of knowledge and more importantly the fear I had following previous experience. Sam was amazing, he was professional but very friendly, informative and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, never once did he try to persuade or pressure me in any direction and I think at some point I’ve spoken to all of the staff at Bishop Auckland and found them all to be very friendly, helpful and professional. Sam took all the stress away, he always kept in touch with updates and changed my perception of estate agents Completely. I’m now living in my new home and my old house sold very quickly under the watchful eye of Sam in just a matter of weeks. He dealt with the minor hiccups promptly and made the whole journey of buying and selling property simultaneously so much easier than I could ever have hoped for. I would have no hesitation to recommend Sam and his Team. They deliver excellent service, communicate well and really do look after their clients.

Trustpilot£15,000 worth of advice
In recent years, Keith Mason of Robinsons in Durham, has been extremely helpful in providing advice to me as a residential landlord. He has advised on both lettings and sales of properties. To give one example, he advised on a sale price for the property as it was, and on what it could be with some limited decorative and functional improvements. Whilst the improvements did cost me some money, the £15,000 increase higher sale price more than made up for it!

From the start with Ryan coming out to the property to value and put together the brochure and a fabulous video which we feel sold the property. Sharon and Jade offered an excellent, friendly and helpful service throughout. Special thanks to Jade who put in a lot of time and effort when things didn’t go as smoothly as expected Towards completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble and no enquiry went unanswered.
