I have used Robinsons to look after my property for several years now. I also run my own business which inevitably consumes a lot of my time.Claire Nellis who is in charge of looking after my property does an absolutely superb job. Always keeping in touch, staying on top of rental payments is such a weight off my shoulders.I have used several local agents to look after my property in the past, Robinsons have by far been the best.Polite, professional and always looking after your best interest.Highly recommended.

Trying to find the perfect home to buy was stressful and I found other estate agents rude, Robinsons was not at all, they felt welcoming and happy to help. No matter how many houses I wanted to view - nothing seemed a chore for them, they were the best estate agents in the North East that I dealt with. I dealt with the Darlington and Stockton Branch and both brilliant. Would highly recommend from a buyers point of view and sellers. Great communication and that’s what everyone needs! Have a 5 star rating as I received a 5 star service.Email responses were within the hour further viewing requests were confirmed within the hour.Everyone was friendly and polite and eager to help the sale went through within 9 weeks without a hitch, I’d previously bought a different house through I different supplier and 16 weeks later was still waiting on paperwork never mind a completion date so this swift and reliable service was a god send !

Everything was really well handled, the only thing which stopped me giving 5 stars was the over ambitious pricing at the start. We agree that this pricing was probably achievable a few weeks earlier. That said we are really pleased with the offer that we got - which was close to our own initial estimate. Communication was good at all times with Joy updating us in a timely fashion.Thank you

I'm still waiting for your company to correct the multitude of your mistakes and treatment I mentioned in my previous review.Contact to the office has been quite difficult, unhelpful and neglectfully lacking concern for this still persistent list of issues your various members of staff and now yourself, have left, and continue to leave unresolved.Hence my disgustingly low review of what is supposedly a reputable company, continues.Please do let me know when you intend to correct and put right all your mistakes.As everyone can see, it has been some time since my last review, and it has still not been resolved.
