Poor Customer Service

Pictures of the house were poor. Not even one of the back garden. Went to take a look at the house and unfortunately had trouble finding it combined with school traffic as viewing was at 15:30. We got to the house at 15:37 and the guy drove away. Phoned up and they said "he had another appointment" after only waiting less than 7 minutes? Customer service for those buying just seem really poor. Next day we phoned and apparently it had sold so couldn't view it. Think it had sold anyway and that's why they weren't bothered about waiting for the viewing. Anyway, we tried to put an offer on the house to win the auction for the house but person on the phone was very rude and blunt and didn't seem interested at all.

So I have waited 4 wks for my immersion heater to be fixed...the day one. Having health problems meaning I have to get up every night at midnight just to put on my immersion heater to heat my hot water is not on. I filled in their online tenant form, but no response. I emailed their two letting agents, no response. I have lived there almost 20 yrs and paid rent every month without fail. I only get problems with my flat like once every 3 yrs. Still no response. Treat others like you want to be treated guys! You are sales men taking in our money and getting paid for it. So pls do your job. Would not recommend.

Excellent experience dealing with Robinson's in Hartlepool. I would highly recommend. This sales team actually do what they say they will.I initially dealt with Craig Purkis who was superb. Without being pushy, he told me how they would market the property and their T&Cs. He advised me about realistic pricing for the sale. He then took his time to take good wide photos of the house. Moving to the sales experience with Joanne Briggs; I felt like these agents were making an effort to sell the property and at all times I was kept informed about viewings and feedback. Simply put, Robinsons are professional and do what they say on the tin.
