Several months ago I travelled a long way to view a rental property and stayed overnight. When we got to the property the board had 'Let By' on it (indicating it had gone!) So my wife thought we'd been given an appointment by mistake. The viewing went ahead and we said we wanted the property and the agent told us there were no other applicants and that they would speak to the landlord. Got home on Monday. Heard nothing back from them about our application. Waited Tuesday afternoon. Still heard nothing back so I phoned them and got a brief message that we were not successful with no explanation as to why. On paper we were strong applicants. Had it already been let out? Seemed like a complete waste of time and money to me. They get a 1 because poor communication on this matter and we felt let down.

Having dealt with both lettings and sales in Robinsons Ingelby office with Donna and Victoria I have to say great customer service from them they certainly work hard and seem as if they are the only two in the office all the time not sure if short staffed or not ! My comments really are Robinsons staff in all branches are all in black all the time so I am assuming this is what they need to wear please Robinsons get with the times and give them colour,black is dowdy,old fashioned and funeral like it’s not inspiring to a customer. Give them choices? Black Paints an old fashioned outlook which ‘could’ reflect on how customers feel about the brand ! Just an observation!!!!

This is the third house that Robinsons have sold for us over the past 30yrs and yet again we have been extremely pleased with their service. Robinsons are ahead of the game as regards Online viewing. The quality of the video that Louie put together for us was exceptional and our purchaser was not disappointed when they booked to view and commented on how good the video walk through the house was. During the whole process Robinsons kept us informed and updated on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home (we purchased via Robinsons as well) A huge thank you to Joy Cruddas who made the whole process of selling and buying feel like a breeze. I have no hesitation in recommending Robinsons 100%. They work hard in the interest of their customers whilst also maintaining a very approachable, friendly and professional attitude. Nothing is to much bother. If I could give you 6☆ I would.

Spoke with several agents before choosing Robinsons, having been impressed by the professionalism of the valuer. Once instructed they promptly arranged for the EPC, floorplans & came to the property to take photographs & provided a sample brochure for review.I was picky over wording & a couple of images and they changed the wording and retook some photos, equally as quickly.We did the viewings and were kept informed of interest. We accepted an offer & proceeded to legals.The negotiator kept the buyer on track & us up to date and the sale was completed.I would use them again,
