I wouldn’t recommend renting your property with this estate agents. I arranged to view a couple of houses and heard nothing back for a while and then eventually I was told there was potentially a slot to view a house so they asked me to propose an appropriate time and they would then confirm with me, they never confirmed the time so I presumed the viewing wouldn’t go ahead! To then get a call the next day asking how the viewing Went. It just doesn’t seem to be ran very efficiently.

I have just completed the sale of my property using the Sedgefield Branch of Robinson's. Initial consultation was easy and the photo's and video produced definately helped sell the property. I had regular updates from the staff, Ryan/Jade/Sharon, and they assisted me pushing the solicitors for information on progress. Very satisfied with the service, would recommend.

Robinsons Sedgefield have provided me with an excellent service. I had a buy to let property which I was looking to dispose of & the team at Sedgefield were most helpful at every stage. Ryan was so committed and nothing was ever too much trouble, he would pop round to update photos to ensure the property was marketed at its very best. I was kept up to date with regards to viewings & feedback & once a sale was agreed Jade & Sharon maintained regular contact to keep me updated right through to completion day. Highly Recommended!

When I placed my house on the market in early December 2020, I initially chose Robinsons as agents because I had negotiated a 25% reduction in fees through a promotion. Six months later, having finally arrived at my new address, and after experiencing several lows - (a break in the chain, forking out £420 for a survey which i had to cancel and plead for a refund, an unsubstantiated claim I had pulled out of the purchase which got back to the vendor, the snail's pace of conveyancing and sparse communication from the solicitors, ) - I must say that I would have gladly paid the full whack to them, as the one thoroughly decent aspect of it all was the wholly empathic and sincere representation given on their behalf by the hard-working liaising female employee who was steadfast in her determination to ensure a positive outcome for everyone in the face of all the setbacks, which of course she succeeded in achieving. Keeping me regularly updated, she prevented me from holding a bleak outlook on the whole stressful business, and for that I will long be grateful. If I move again in the future (which I hope is not for a very, very, very, very, very, long time) I will definately (Line of Duty ref, you binge watchers) be using Robinsons. Adios amiga.

We have just bought a house through the Ingleby Barwick office and Victoria could not have been more helpful. We had a nightmare with solicitors and it was touch and go whether we were going to complete or not! As first time buyers we didn’t really know what we were doing, but Victoria was always on hand to answer any questions and was constantly checking in with us! We cannot thank her enough for what she has done for us and we couldn’t recommended Robinsons enough.

With my boyfriend we went in agency we told them we made the choose we don't move and employees started laugh. We don't had much money in that period. We put this case in the court. Hello Iwona, sadly as we explained in detail, your references were declined due to adverse credit history and a bad landlord reference, we pride ourselves on a service to landlords on good tenants and sadly in this case you didn't meet our requirements. You were informed on many occasions if you provided false or misleading information your would loose your reservation fee, we did pay the £500.00 to the landlord for loss of rental income.
