Fantastic service throughout the whole experience, nothing was too much trouble. We used Sedgefield branch and we can’t praise them highly enough , definitely a five star service . Thanks to Ryan’s great video our house sold in under a week . Sharon and Jade kept us informed at every stage of the move and were always friendly and helpful and able to offer advice whenever we needed it . The whole process was stress free thanks to this great hardworking team . We would definitely use Robinson’s again.

I have recently bought and sold through Robinsons - Sam and Natalie were wonderful and very good at their job, in fact, every other person I dealt with in that office was never anything short of lovely. However, the person I was dealing with (A), was rude, patronizing, and generally unpleasant to deal with. She made the whole process more challenging and I found her manner abrasive and rude most of the time. For that reason, I will not use Robinsons in the future to sell a home.

Robinsons of Middlesbourgh enquired about a rental property my wife was the first to ring told that tennant couldnt show anybody around {why advertise then} Told would ring back with a viewing day etc nothing rang few times asking what was happening told they would ring to arrange viewing nothing checked website said LET. Rang told would find out what happened nothing. Manager said would find out what happened never rang back brilliant.

My experience relates to the team at Robinson's Sedgefield branch, whom I have found to be helpful and courteous throughout my interactions with them. Ryan especially has been a star, reassuring me at the very start when I was nervous about taking the plunge and putting my house on the market, 'holding my hand' through the process. In fact, Ryan was the reason I chose to go with Robinson's and I have recommended them to a friend who is selling a property. (They sold my house in a day, btw!) Recommended.

I do not know where to begin writing a review for Robinsons Estate Agency Sedgefield Branch. The praise and thanks to the Team and for the service provided is quite extensive!I have worked with Robinsons Sedgefield for many years. Buying my house through them, renting to many different tenants as they moved to the area who then went onto pastures new. And then to this month selling the property as I have relocated. Firstly I must mention Sharon Tweedle - Sharon has worked tirelessly with me for years. An amazing level of service, expert knowledge, ability to keep my tenancy constant, always getting on with all in the chain and finding the right tenant with seamless aptitude. I had total trust in Sharon dealing with my property and giving advice. Sharon really has become a friend. Always there despite how busy the office was - I hear the phones going constantly - and always getting things over the line when we have faced some challenging issues with the property. Thank you so much for the brilliant service and your ability to make all go so well. Huge thank you to the whole Robinsons Sedgefield Team - Ryan and Jade. You also are so professional and so lovely to work with. It really is team work and your expertise and wonderful customer service is second to none. Lovely people and importantly you know what to do and make everything a great experience in quite difficult times when you have property issues. Lovely to work with you all.
