The whole team at Robinsons Sedgefield have been fantastic throughout our buying process. We complete this week and are really excited about our move into our new home. The advertising on rightmove was great lots of photos and a great video which saved us time in shortlisting the house for a viewing. Poor communication

I contacted Robinsons about a property they had to let (Manor Grove) via on the Market.com, I had an email a couple of days later to inform me it was still available. I emailed them back explaining my circumstances etc. and asked some general questions and I have heard absolutely nothing back from them. As a business I would like to think they would have the respect to respond to my email, even if it was to say it was not suitable for me. Obviously in no great need to let this property, or is it a case of the property has now been let, either way an email to advise me would of been appreciated. Very disappointed indeed.
