For the past 10 years, Robinsons in Sedgefield have managed a number of rental properties, and also sold properties on my behalf. Living abroad, it was reassuring to know I had the support of a great team of friendly and professional people who kept me informed and were always there at the end of the phone to talk to when needed. Maintenance issues were brought to my attention promptly, and dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Owning rental properties has its unique challenges but I have been lucky to have had the constant support from the Sedgefield Branch, particularly from Sharon (who has been there from the start!) and Jade on the rental side, and from Ryan who successfully marketed and sold a property on my behalf recently. I would highly recommend Robinsons.

I have bought and sold a few properties so I can comment from experience, Robinsons of Sedgefield go out of their way to ensure everything goes without a hitch while continuing to liaise with me and been a conduit to sellers, venders and solicitors, Sharon and Jade are always available to take your calls and answer questions, but a special mention to Ryan who seems to be available 24/7 to assist and advise. We have used the Sedgefield office for both purchasing and selling a property. It is a real pleasure to deal with staff that are both pleasant and professional with the service they provide. Ryan the Manager is very enthusiastic in his work and this attitude filters through the office. His presentation of videos and photographs is outstanding and contributes very much to assist the selling. Sharon is very knowledgeable and very pleasant with communications. Robinsons have been great from start to finish. This was my first property purchase so wasn't really sure how things work. Robinsons were able to offer help and advice and kept me informed every step of the way. The whole team at Robinsons Sedgefield have been fantastic throughout our buying process. We complete this week and are really excited about our move into our new home. The advertising on rightmove was great lots of photos and a great video which saved us time in shortlisting the house for a viewing.
