Robinsons in Sedgefield have been wonderful in dealing with the sale of my property. Ryan went out of his way to get the property on the market quickly for me and kept me calm throughout. I approached Robinsons in Sedgefield to sell a bungalow. The valuation was carried out by Ryan. He was friendly polite and knowledgeable about the area and also the property. I saw three Estate Agents for valuations but knew right from my dealings with Ryan that he would be who we would sell through.Viewings were carried out by Ryan, Sharon and Jade who make up the team, and throughout the sales process I have been very impressed by regular communication, not having had to chase for updates once. All three sales agents have been professional and clearly take pride in the job they do.The team in Sedgefield have been excellent to deal with and if ever I was looking to sell another property I would have no hesitation in using Robinsons again.

As someone who has lived in the same property for 30yrs... the thought of selling up and moving was a very scary process, however I really didn't need to worry thanks to Ryan jade and Sharon of robinsons Sedgefield.They have all been extremely approachable friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Guiding me throughout, with constant patience and understanding. Keeping me up to date with progress and advising me of what would be happening next. GoogleNon responsive. Rung several times, with no call back. Obviously they don't want to sell houses I am not confused with another. We (my partner and I) even drove by, during office hours to find your offices closed.
Hello David... communication is vital to our business, we like to think we never miss a telephone call and have a back up system if were not able to answer quickly, perhaps you have us mixed up with another agent.

GoogleI sold my home through Robinsons a couple of months ago and the whole team couldn’t have been more helpful. I was really happy with the photos Michael had taken, they were brilliant. I was updated at every step of the process and viewings were made simple as the team communicated clearly with my availability. I had several offers made on my home from the very beginning and I think this highlights good estate agency as the listing was clear and informative. I had a couple of issues with needing the sale to go through quickly to avoid additional stamp duty abs Robinsons were extremely helpful in contacting the buyer to update them when I felt like the solicitors were not doing enough. Thank you to all the team for you help!
