Robinson's were great from start to finish, from the initial valuation of our property right through to completion and moving. Sam was very friendly, polite and helpful, which persuaded us to go with Robinson's for our sale.All of the staff were extremely helpful in arranging viewings of our property, and also keeping us updated when potentially suitable properties came onto the market, and arranged viewings for us.The property we decided to (and eventually did) buy was for sale through Robinson's, and the communication between all buyers and sellers was excellent, and staff always responded to any queries very quickly and efficiently.As a completion date got closer, it became evident that the various solicitors employed by the people within the chain were not communicating with each other as accurately and expeditiously as they could have, which could have caused the whole chain to collapse (as the seller at the end of the chain needed to sell within a specific time frame). Julie from Robinson's was magnificent in ensuring that all of the solicitors were aware of the needs of individual buyers and sellers, and the time constraints involved, and she encouraged accurate and efficient communication between them, and both our sale and purchase got over the line. Thank you, Julie.We love our new house and have no plans of moving again any time soon, but I would have no hesitation of reccommending Robinson's to anyone wanting to move house.

My experience with Robinson’s has been (to simply put it) a walk in the park. I approached Michael to see if there were any properties that were fitting what I wanted, but there wasn’t any available. He then advised me that there was a property that was coming up thag could fit my budget and size and that I could be first to view it. I had never rented before, so this was important for me to get this right. The house was clean, tidy and I felt at home in no time. At times that I wasn’t able to get through to Michael on the phone, Jordan, Mark or Piyush were able to take my details and pass them onto Michael, who were professional. Even whilst I was an active tenant I was treated no different to if I’d be looking to rent a £2000 a month house or a £500 a month house so no money problems there. Overall, I would recommend Robinson’s and save your time and money as you will be looked after. If anyone asks, Michael Mackentire sent you😄

I’d like to start off this review by saying THANK YOU to Robinsons. I have been in touch with 4 estate agents before contacting Robinson’s estate agents, all to which were unhelpful and did not take me seriously due to my position, age and budget. After making an online enquiry on a property that I liked, I received a phone call from Jordan a few days following this, to discuss my property criteria (if the property I liked at the time was taken) , budget, financial decision and location. As I am a first time buyer, I wasn’t sure on what the process was and what was expected of me. Jordan took time out of his day to walk me through the process, and made sure that I was happy with every offer and property choice that was made. Despite seeing the unfair minority of poor reviews that I’ve seen, I feel that it is only right for me to give my experience of Robinsons Estate Agents across. I have been on the lookout for my next property on the rental market for well over 2 years, and have continued to use Robinsons and stay in contact with Michael for any properties that meet my criteria. Although they are busy for a small organisation, Michael never fails to touch base with me, respond to calls and update me with any properties that could be a good match for me and my family. Although I haven’t found my next house YET, I cannot fault Robinsons for their continued support and persistence in trying to complete this difficult challenge of finding a rental property for myself (baring in mind how fussy I am!). Hello. My name is Denise McCullough and I have been an active landlord with multiple properties that have been managed by Robinson’s. For the full duration of using Robinsons, I can easily say that I have full confidence that my priorities and tenants are being looked after. I was first a little skeptical to having Robinson’s manage my properties as they are a small firm, but I can confirm that they have managed them better than any of the other high end estate agents that I have used in the past. Jordan and Mark have been outstanding, and although they are extremely busy, I know that my phone call, email or general query will be sorted as soon as they can, which I appreciate as they are a small firm with many tenants & landlords to attend to (knowing that I’m not the only one with many questions for them to answer!). I recommend Robinson’s to all landlords or tenants in the local area.
