What a great service from Robinsons in Sedgefield. Ryan, Sharon and Danni were fantastic throughout our house sale and the whole experience was a refreshing change from other estate agents. We had notifications of every viewing by email and text, and feedback from viewings was passed to us personally within about 48 hours. Paperwork was handled efficiently by email and we were kept up to date throughout the process. As is common in property conveyancing, there were delays caused by other parties but Robinson’s did their very best to keep us informed with weekly updates and the passing-on of any information about the other parties’ progress. I cannot fault the service or helpful attitude of Ryan and the team at Robinson’s Sedgefield.

Robinsons Sedgefield have been fantastic dealing with the sale of my house. Ryan was brilliant at valuing the house and had clearly done his research. Sharon is just a legend. We purchased our property through Robinsons Estate Agents - Sedgefield Branch back in August of this year and if it wasn’t for Ryan we would never have found our ‘Dream Home’ cliche to say it but it really was the perfect house and just what we were looking for without really knowing we were looking for it. Ryan was kind, friendly and honest and our viewing of the property we ended up buying happened just by chance. We’d been to view another property in the area which wasn’t quite right for us but after chatting to Ryan (which was so easy, I could natter to him forever) he suggested if we had time he thought there a might be house that could be just what we were looking for and within our budget. We knew from the moment we pulled up outside and he opened the door that it was the one. Within the space of a few hours and some frantic phone calls to Sharon, they secured the property for us and we were over the moon. Since then Ryan has been back and forth on numerous viewings with us while we took a second look, showed parents round and measured up, nothing was too much trouble and it was always delight to get his insight on the house, (amongst other things). Sharon has had to deal with many emails and phone calls from myself, she has been patient and reassuring and a pure joy to talk to. Sharon has kept me in the loop with what was happening along the way and at times she seemed to know more than anyone else in the process. The whole team at Robinsons Sedgefield are a delight, without them we wouldn’t be looking forward to spending Christmas in our new home. We cannot thank them enough.

From start to finish the team at Robinsons Crook worked in a professional, highly skilled and coordinated manner. The office manager swiftly put in place a marketing strategy which resulted in a high volume of viewings over a very short period of time.Feedback from the viewings arrived promptly and the office staff, particularly our key link person, kept us well informed. They were always easily contactable, informed and helpful.Our after sale experience was extremely positive. It was very helpful to us that Robinsons have a designated After Sales employee. This experienced person provided a link to the buyers and their legal representatives and we greatly appreciated her calm, skilful liaison through a lengthy, and at times anxiety provoking period.All in all, we were highly satisfied with the service we received from the whole team. They made a stressful experience as smooth and pleasurable as possible. And, most importantly, they achieved the result we wanted!#

My partner and I have recently purchased a property in sedgefield that was sold by Robinson’s. We viewed a few properties being sold by Robinsons team prior to finding our dream home and I have to say every time the team were flexible with viewings, professional, friendly and always keen to help. Nothing was ever a problem. We met Ryan of a number of occasions and he was absolutely fantastic, such a lovely gentleman, very personable and offered us great advice and help with our purchase. Sharon & Danni were also always helpful in the office, answering queries, letting us back in to the property with architects, liaising between the seller and solicitors to assist with a speedy purchase. I would just like to say how fabulous Ryan, Sharon and Danni have been at the Sedgefield branch. Selling my grandads house which he has owned for over 40 years has been a huge roller coaster of emotions, but the team at Sedgefield have been so amazing in guiding me through. Nothing I’ve asked has been too much trouble and they have been so helpful and reassuring. From the very beginning Ryan did an excellent job of making the whole experience so smooth and stress free. They truly do go above and beyond. I really couldn’t recommend this branch enough, they really are fantastic.

GoogleWaste of time, booked a viewing for a property, nobody turned up, went to their office to find out why, promised a call back, never happened.
Sorry you weren't able to access the property, we were held up due to a incident at the top or West Street, we must have just missed each other, sorry you felt it to be a waste of time...
