I’d like to praise the efforts of the Strood Team! They are currently progressing our house purchase and communication has been impeccable. Buying a home can be one of the most stressful things - their help is making it less so. Special mention to both Jade and Nancey, who have been super helpful. They are friendly, approachable, and no question ever seems too much trouble.

Great customer service. The team went above and beyond to help me out at every step of the move. Within days of requesting information on new properties to agreeing was managed brilliantly. Very professional. Everything was sorted extremely quick. Would definitely recommend the team.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team both TJ and Ellie were nothing short of amazing. Ellie from my first enquires took the time to understand our needs and budget, and suggest properties that were suited to us and taking the time to explain areas given we weren’t local on where was good and where to avoid. We had our heart set on a property that was already pending sale under offer but she did everything to fight our corner to get a viewing and our offer accepted by the sellers. Jody has been the rock throughout this whole process, more helpful than my own Solicitor to get this over the line any question or enquiry I had she was there and able to get everything sorted a massive asset to the team as without her this move wouldn't have happened. Honestly, Ellie, TJ and Jody have gone above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough for getting us our dream family home. If you’re looking for a new home speak to Ellie, Jody or TJ and you won’t be let down they’re miracle workers.

Robinson Michael & Jackson have been fantastic with their service so far. We unexpectedly had to pull out of a purchase of another property with a different company. After popping in to their Maidstone branch on the off chance to see what properties they had available we were met by Ellie. She sat down with us and took the time to sort through what was available on the market and what was coming up for sale. Within half an hour we found a property we loved and she even sorted us a viewing later that day. Since then we have had constant contact with them keeping us updated ever step of the way. TJ and Jodie have also made sure that we have everything we need at each stage, always available at the end of the phone for any questions. This company have been great with any issues that have arisen and fully supportive each stage, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in Maidstone with, Ellie, TJ and Jodie being a real credit to the company.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Kendal and Joseph in the Walderslade Branch. They were always so helpful, professional and nothing was too much trouble and they really tried for us. Kendal is a very pleasant lady and spends time and listens to your needs. She always kept us updated and gave us so much support and advice. Joseph is very down to earth and full of knowledge.
