The team at Robinson Michael & Jackson, Rainham made what I thought would be a stressful house sale run so smoothly. During the valuation Ryan was supportive and knowledgeable of the local areas to ensure we got the best price for our property. The girls in the office kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We decided to use the in house Mortgage Advisor, James, who worked out of hours to fit us in due to our busy work schedules and found us the best rates in this difficult market. Big thank you and would recommend to everyone.

I am leaving this review in response to a bad experience with this company. THrough my contact with this agent I experienced them to be dodgy. If you read the reviews you'll see two things: 1) lots of 5 start reviews from people who have just joined Google (all have one review, and that one review is for this agent) - are they dodgy reviews? 2) Aggressive/arrogant/dismissive responses to any criticism or complaint.

Hi, I am a first time buyer. This was my first house and we'd like to thank the team at the Rainham office for their excellent service espicially Nina Nash. I dont even know the process and I thought I need to stuggle a lot.. But the team was very helpful from the initial state of the process from booking a viewing (Thanks Joe). I have a couple of viewings booked and Once I liked one property and my offer is accepted.. I was represented my Nina nash. I even dont know the process and stages in process. I was given guidence in each pahase and all my doubts were cleared at each phase by Nina. She is so patiently explained each process even when I asked multiple times and differnt options. We chose RMJ because we were so impressed with Nancey when we visited a few local estate agents and her service beat the others hands down. She was friendly and professional without being at all pushy (unlike other agencies). Nancey and her team (MIchelle & Jade) were always approachable and kept us informed throughout the process of selling including helping us get the sale over the line when the buyer's solicitor wasn't responding as quickly as we would have wanted. We would definitely use them again for any other house sales we have in Strood.

2nd time selling with RMJ Rainham (3rd time with a RMJ branch) photos are very good without being misleading and the staff are professional. Worth the fees in both achieved prices and market knowledge. Selling/buying is stressful but RMJ make it the best it can be. Exchanged today and wanted to add that it was a pleasure to deal with the team, Nina in particular explained the process, was clear and concise and very pleasant to deal with.
