GoogleI've recently sold a property via Robert Watts Birkenshaw branch. As others have said, the great service starts with John's knowledge of the market and the price that can be achieved. All the staff at the branch are excellent and keep you up to speed with how the process is progressing. I wouldn't hesitate to use this team again be that selling or buying another property.

GoogleFrom word go this company was honest, reliable and professional. They said they'd sell our house, and they did exactly that within good timescales. Always kept in contact with me and kept me updated of progress. I personally liked that they have offices locally where you can speak to the agents face to face. Would have no problem using again or recommending to others.

Right from the start when John bounced up the stairs to come and review the property, all the way with regular updates from Tabby and the finalisation of all the paperwork by Lisa - all was superb! GoogleI recently sold an end terrace property in East Bierley through the Birkenshaw office of Robert Watts who also provided a Probate Valuation for me and I found Mr Watts and his staff extremely helpful throughout and very responsive to any requests for help or information. They kept me fully informed on what was happening on a regular basis throughout what turned out to be quite a lengthy process and I would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the area.

From John arriving at our house to give us advice regarding the selling of our property the whole procedure was dealt with friendly and very professionally. The support given to us by all the staff at the office was first class. They helped us with any queries we had and we were kept informed on a regular basis. Emails and phone calls were replied to and returned promptly and nothing was ever to much trouble. GoogleRobert Watts provided an excellent service. The process of marketing the property was very efficient, a useful online tracker and plenty of feedback regarding viewings. The property sold very quickly within the week and Tabby was in touch every few days with updates, Lisa and Rebecca were also very helpful too. Things got a little complicated when the sale fell through but another buyer was secured within days and the property completed 5 weeks later. Selling a house is stressful, I live in the South West and as I am not in the area anymore I needed the property to be left in safe hands. As the property was vacant Tabby arranged for it to be checked on regularly for my peace of mind and always replied to my calls immediately. Thanks to John, Tabby and the rest of the team for your help with this matter. I highly recommend Robert Watts to anyone wanting a professional service.

GoogleI sold my house recently with Robert Watts from valuation to getting on the market was really quick which was needed to ensure we could get an offer accepted on a house we wanted to buy. The 3 ladies in the office are all exceptional at responding, chasing and pulling parties together. They made the whole selling experience far less stressful and were a pleasure to work with, i actually miss speaking to them now its all over. I had considered going with an online cheaper alternative but knowing how much work is needed and what the estate agents do i think the small cost difference is outweighed by the expertise, availability and knowledge they bring to the moving experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling and if I'm crazy enough to move in the future again then they will be the only firm who I am calling. Thank you love the Browns.

They were always positive and helpful and really great with communication which my own estate for my sale was lacking. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
