GoogleWe have just moved in to a new lovely flat rented out by River Homes and couldn’t be happier. They really care: Caroline handled the whole initial process with extreme efficiency and professionalism, but also was always available to answer questions and collect additional information from landlord or previous tenants for us. Ines, who then took over for the final stages, was also extremely nice and helpful, making the process stress free in spite of the pandemic. And then Annabel, who oversees the management of the property, and who is thoughtful, proactive, always available and genuinely looking after the tenants. We were honestly surprise about the level of care and attention all of them invest, and we highly recommend renting with them as it really does make the difference.

I recently purchased a property through Riverhomes and I have to applaud the service I received throughout - in particular from Sue who was fantastic. She went out of her way to accommodate access, deal with the legal side and act as a smooth operator between the buyer / seller. As a tenant, I found the sales process to be very streamlined and efficient. Once we were in the flat, the property management team (Annabel Siong and Sara Day) were very helpful. Any issues were promptly looked into and actioned. You were never made to feel a bother!

Caroline and Nick from Riverhomes were excellent with my sale. I’ve had other estate agents before who have over promised but not delivered. They pitched the property correctly, organised viewings seamlessly and negotiated the sale, within 12 weeks of the offer. They were supportive throughout the whole process and I wouldn’t use anyone else with a riverside property sale.

It took a few months but Francis from the Chiswick office told me he would find me the property I was looking for on the river if I gave it some time, and true to his word, he did! I just completed purchase of a fabulous 2 bedroom flat with great views of Hammersmith Bridge and I couldn’t be happier. He even negotiated a better price than any of us expected to get. A big thank you to Francis, and a big thumbs-up to River Homes and their service. If a home on the river is what you are looking for, I’m sure they will help you find it. We approached Riverhomes as it was local to the property my wife and I wanted to rent.From the get go we felt everything was very professional, with quick results.We had Ines visit our property, a few days after our enquiry, and this was followed up by arranging a photographer etc and having it online in a matter of weeks. Majority of viewings were done my Caroline, who was faultless - with covid-19 lingering in the air. She ensured all viewings taking place were followed precisely by the government guild-lines. I think there was approx 5/6 viewings before she managed to find us a suitable tenant, who we are very happy with. All paperwork etc was done instantly, and it’s been a few months since property has been on rent and we have had no issues.If you are looking to rent or buy, please do speak to Riverhomes, a professional service, ensuring customers satisfaction is number 1.Neil and Deb

We were new to the concept of living on a houseboat but seeking just the right combination of boat, location and community. We never would have found our new home without Nigel Day! He was so very patient, anxious to show us many boats, including ones he told us we would not like but that it was important to see all types and locations. He was familiar with all the boats available through Riverhomes, anywhere in London. And when we found the one (which he told us in advance would be the one, as he totally understood our wishes), he arranged for us to meet other residents, and to visit several times before we made an offer. Thank you, Nigel!
