GoogleVery proactive and helpful service. Riverhomes were right on the case when my last tenant left and managed to get me a new tenant w no gap. I don't care for their new online system but when I objected to using it, the Riverhomes office were immediately helpful in getting my paperwork done without that particular hassle. I have used Riverhomes for several years now and I hve no complaints Helen

I moved to London a week ago with friends and they worked tirelessly to get all the paperwork sorted and turned around in only a couple of days. Lovely people and absolute troopers! I called the office and that very morning we saw a super flat that was perfect for us. Caroline and her super team helped us every step of the way to secure our flat. We were never left not knowing the progress of our new flat! Thanks Caroline, thanks to your team, and thanks River Homes for a stress free and pleasant experience! Some people say estate agents are underhanded and untrustworthy...they sure haven't met Caroline and her team She's the opposite, instilling trust and understanding! Highly recommend this company!

I have dealt with Riverhomes over a period of 3 years and found the entire team nothing but professional, helpful and understanding. When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in.This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory. When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me.In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.

I had a very positive and enlightening experience buying a boat from Riverhomes. I found both Caroline and Ian - who are the agents there, very helpful and kind; really going beyond the call of duty to find the perfect mooring for my boat. I feel like they were both honest and authentic people who I could absolutely trust in the process of making this purchase. I highly recommend contacting Riverhomes if you are interested in buying a boat.

Recently my flat became vacant and required re-letting. Sue took charge, was very knowledgeable, and gave good advice and guidance on the re-letting. The flat was put on the market and within a couple of days, Sue had found some great tenants, very impressive. The office manager Beth also provided great and efficient service in sorting out the various documents required for re-letting, and Phil ensures that everything went smoothly with the previous tenant’s departure. The property maintenance team of Sara and Annabel is also great. They deal with issues quickly and efficiently and if requested can come up with quotes for resolving issues. They have a great selection of suitable “trades’ people”/contractors that can come and undertake any work required. Between tenancies recently, I required some work around two of the windows and the redecorating of the whole flat. Annabel did an excellent job of coordinating the work. The chosen contractors were also good did an excellent job and were clean and tidy ensuring that dustsheets were laid whenever appropriate As a Landlord I have been with Riverhomes for over 15 years, and they have been very efficient and have always found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them as a quality estate agents

Francis and Phillip at RiverHomes were fantastic. Our sale turned into a saga, with quite a few twists, not always pleasant.
