A genuinely excellent experience from start to finish, highly recommended. We had a really positive experience buying our new home through RiverHomes Chiswick. Jack, Phillip and Liana were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. Communication was always clear and responsive, and in the final weeks especially they did a great job keeping everything moving and making sure communication flowed smoothly between us and the sellers. Jack was particularly supportive and proactive, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly and helping make what can be a stressful process feel much easier. We also really appreciated how considerate the sellers were, and the whole handover was handled beautifully, the house was clean, organised and ready for us, with a lovely welcome card and bottle of bubbly waiting when we arrived. We’re very grateful to the whole team and would happily recommend RiverHomes Chiswick to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Francis was amazing! The best estate agent ever. Tremendous relationship builder that inspired confidence in him from the very start of the process. Because of the trust he built up with his in-depth knowledge of the market, and his tireless effort and hard work to overcome any hurdles along the way, he made the sale as easy as it could have been. I highly recommend him, he is extremely professional.

Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Francis, Tamir and the team were brilliant! Francis had kept in touch with us over the years - but not in a pushy way, just a phone call every now and then to see how we were and whether we had any plans to move. So when the time came to sell he was the only person we called. The sale went through very smoothly because the team were friendly, professional and really efficient. River Homes were remarkably responsive, effective and proactive, right from in an initial prompt visit for preliminary valuation from Phillip through to Tamir’s concentrated efforts to secure multiple viewings and offers. The sale for full asking price was achieved within a couple of weeks and Tamir continued to assist as conveyancing progressed to completion just two months later. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using the RiverHomes team.

I'd recommend selling your home with RiverHomes in a heartbeat. We were lucky enough to have Francis Stickney as our estate agent. He was professional whilst being empathetic, guided us through every aspect of the sale and kept everything on track with the buyers, solicitors etc. and was a beacon of knowledge.

London estate agents can be a challenging bunch to deal with .... not the case with RiverHomes who were pleasant, professional and responsive throughout a smooth purchase, maintaining good relationships with both ourselves as buyers and the vendors. I would highly recommend RiverHomes Estate Agents if you are looking to buy or sell your home in the W4 area. Their team are very knowledgeable, experienced and go the extra mile to help with every detail. I would especially like to call out Tamir in particular who went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Phillip also was invaluable with his input when the going got tough.
