Francis Stickney at RiverHomes has been extremely helpful in selling the house of an elderly deceased relative. He was enthusiastic about the property, conducted many viewings and had great local knowledge. The sale was completed swiftly and Francis was always willing to provide assistance on other things concerning the property. We highly recommend him and RiverHomes.

I’ve been extremely pleased with the property management service provided by River Homes over the nine years they have managed my property in West London while I was living abroad. Sue, Sara and Sarah have been consistently professional, responsive and proactive. They have always provided sound advice, ensured that any issues were dealt with promptly, and sourced reliable contractors at reasonable costs. Thanks to their dedication, my property has been maintained to a very high standard throughout, my tenants have been happy with the level of care and maintenance, and my expenses have remained well controlled..... and very pleasant people to deal with ! Renting a property from a distance requires a team you can trust, and River Homes has been exactly that. More recently I naturally selected them to manage the sale which was very well done. I would highly recommend them to any landlord looking for a reliable and professional property management company.

Riverhomes have been fab in helping us find our rented property. Consistent and quick to help with queries. On hand to make the process less stressful as possible. Sue, Jack & Liana were amazing . And the Property Management Team led by Sarah, Sara and Annabelle have been exemplary in making our stay at the rented property as comfortable as possible. Always reachable to offer support and deal with any emergencies efficiently and promptly. No complaint, however small, went unheeded. They had incredibly reliable and professional workmen to sort specific jobs. On both fronts, such a nice bunch of people to have on your side.

We engaged River Homes so that our house would be visible to as many potential buyers as possible, who were looking for a riverside house but might not have been aware of our local area. We found all of their folk excellent to work with - Francis, Sue, Jonny, Tamir, Erin, and David. Francis and Sue, with their long experience, listened to our requirements and views, got to understand our situation and offered helpful advice. Jonny ensured that our house was very well photographed and presented online. Sue saw us with patience through the long and sometimes stressful process over months and achieved a successful sale. We would certainly recommend River Homes.

GoogleFantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Highly recommend River Homes. Sue & Francis and the whole team could not have done more to sell my house. They were helpful, efficient, honest and generally lovely to deal with. I always had the sense that they had my best interests at heart and were quietly working away behind the scenes, making sure things happened. GoogleRiver Homes were remarkably responsive, effective and proactive, right from in an initial prompt visit for preliminary valuation from Phillip through to Tamir’s concentrated efforts to secure multiple viewings and offers. The sale for full asking price was achieved within a couple of weeks and Tamir continued to assist as conveyancing progressed to completion just two months later. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using the RiverHomes team.

GoogleI'd recommend selling your home with RiverHomes in a heartbeat. We were lucky enough to have Francis Stickney as our estate agent. He was professional whilst being empathetic, guided us through every aspect of the sale and kept everything on track with the buyers, solicitors etc. and was a beacon of knowledge.
