GoogleLondon estate agents can be a challenging bunch to deal with .... not the case with RiverHomes who were pleasant, professional and responsive throughout a smooth purchase, maintaining good relationships with both ourselves as buyers and the vendors. Couldn't recommend Francis and the team any higher.

GoogleI would highly recommend RiverHomes Estate Agents if you are looking to buy or sell your home in the W4 area. Their team are very knowledgeable, experienced and go the extra mile to help with every detail. I would especially like to call out Tamir in particular who went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Phillip also was invaluable with his input when the going got tough.

As a tenant, the process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the efficient help from Tamir and Liana, who went above and beyond. Sara and Annabel were also excellent, responding promptly to concerns, and Caroline made the buying experience enjoyable and swift. However, be cautious about the terms and ensure clarity in agreements to avoid unexpected fees. Overall, RiverHomes provides dedicated service, but always double-check contract details.

GoogleAfter 30 viewings on properties I found our dream property via Riverhomes, Oliver moved very quickly on our application and ensured that the landlord and our requirements aligned. Leanna took over whilst Oliver was away, she was very attentive and provided a great service in the lead up to getting our keys! I am so glad we went with Riverhomes over the other agenices that were representing the property!
