Riverhomes have been fab!

Riverhomes have been fab in helping us find our rented property. Consistent and quick to help with queries. On hand to make the process less stressful as possible. Sue, Jack & Liana were amazing . And the Property Management Team led by Sarah, Sara and Annabelle have been exemplary in making our stay at the rented property as comfortable as possible. Always reachable to offer support and deal with any emergencies efficiently and promptly. No complaint, however small, went unheeded. They had incredibly reliable and professional workmen to sort specific jobs.

River Homes were remarkably responsive, effective and proactive, right from in an initial prompt visit for preliminary valuation from Phillip through to Tamir’s concentrated efforts to secure multiple viewings and offers. The sale for full asking price was achieved within a couple of weeks and Tamir continued to assist as conveyancing progressed to completion just two months later. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using the RiverHomes team.

Highly recommended agency!

We had a very positive experience with River Home renting a house. First of all, Sue helped us find the lovely property, and effectively negotiated a flexible tenancy with the landlord for us. During the tenancy, Sara & Annabel were very kind and professional and helped us sort out any issues. Finally, at the end of the rental agreement, Sue & Tamir assisted us with paperwork & logistics. What is different from the other agencies we dealt with is their personal approach - they took into account our specific needs while supporting us in a friendly and professional way. A highly recommended agency!

Caroline Davidson, Senior Consultant, provided the BEST experience I could possibly imagine with an estate agency recently when helping my son to find a flat. He was working two jobs with little time to do other than an internet search which left me to do the leg work. Having looked at 27 flats, losing out on 4 to higher bids, we were hugely frustrated. Then along came an opportunity at Nine Elms which Caroline managed so brilliantly. We looked, we offered and we signed in what was surely less than 5 working days all due to Caroline’s efficiency. She is professionalism personified. In fact the entire office on Lower Richmond Rd provided every detail we could need. If only I had gone to her first! I will surely recommend Caroline to my friends and will certainly ring her in future if required.

Caroline is very responsive with all our inquiries. Very helpful even after moving in to the property. Best agent and agency we’ve had so far.
