Their team are very knowledgeable, experienced and go the extra mile to help with every detail. I would especially like to call out Tamir in particular who went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions. Phillip also was invaluable with his input when the going got tough.

She coordinated the operation superbly liaising with the neighbours and Thames Water to ensure that the problem was resolved quickly and efficiently - well over and above the normal call of duty at a weekend. I had an excellent experience with RiverHomes. Leanna, the Lettings Manager, was absolutely amazing, she responded on the spot to all my questions and requests and was extremely efficient and accommodating; very thorough as well, she even spotted that the gas fire mentioned in the tenants’ agreement was not part of the gas certificate (for a good reason, it is disabled, but that didn’t show in the agreement). On top of being a great lettings manager, she is also a very nice person.
