He was professional whilst being empathetic, guided us through every aspect of the sale and kept everything on track with the buyers, solicitors etc. and was a beacon of knowledge.

As a tenant, I found the sales process to be very streamlined and efficient. Once we were in the flat, the property management team (Annabel Siong and Sara Day) were very helpful. Any issues were promptly looked into and actioned. You were never made to feel a bother!
