Caroline Davidson, Senior Consultant, provided the BEST experience I could possibly imagine with an estate agency recently when helping my son to find a flat. He was working two jobs with little time to do other than an internet search which left me to do the leg work. Having looked at 27 flats, losing out on 4 to higher bids, we were hugely frustrated. Then along came an opportunity at Nine Elms which Caroline managed so brilliantly. We looked, we offered and we signed in what was surely less than 5 working days all due to Caroline’s efficiency. She is professionalism personified. In fact the entire office on Lower Richmond Rd provided every detail we could need. If only I had gone to her first! I will surely recommend Caroline to my friends and will certainly ring her in future if required.

I recently let a property through RiverHomes Chiswick and from the initial process till moving day, Beth, Sara and Sue did their utterly best so everything went smoothly, with their professionalism and friendliness. The whole Chiswick office team were superb with me at all times! The property I found with them is bright, spacious, and impeccably well-kept. Strand-on-the- Green is an amazing location, just a few steps from the river Thames. Additionally, for the first time, we found a landlord which happily accepted our two beloved cats; so my son and I couldn't be happier. Found! The right place for me and really just what I wanted.

It took a few months but Francis from the Chiswick office told me he would find me the property I was looking for on the river if I gave it some time, and true to his word, he did! I just completed purchase of a fabulous 2 bedroom flat with great views of Hammersmith Bridge and I couldn’t be happier. He even negotiated a better price than any of us expected to get. When I was searching for a property Phillip and Sue from the Chiswick office took a lot of time to show me many different property's and understand my specific needs. Once I had settle on an apartment they continued to engage both me and the landlord to ensure that everything was set up for my moving in which was a smooth process thanks to the efforts they had put in. This was a long tenancy so I naturally had dealings with the property management team on several occasions. Annabel and Sarah managed any issues I had with the apartment quickly and efficiently, these included all the normal annual checks and some standout issues such as heating and plumbing problems. I never had to chase, communication was clear and efficient and that was very important to me. The works were always carried out on time and to plan, the team would then always follow up to check the work was satisfactory. When it came time to end my tenancy, again the team of Erin and Annabel managed my transition in an incredibly professional manner but most importantly they regularly demonstrated care for me and my small children. There was occasions where I would honestly say they went far beyond what could be expected from a property management agency and showed a patience that was both unexpected and very welcome. I faced some challenges, personally, around my departure but Annabel supported me through them in a way that really helped me. In short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Riverhomes as a letting agent or a property management company. The fact they are a family business themselves translates through to their teams who really do go the extra mile to manage the balance between tenants and landlords needs. Personally, I've found this both helpful and refreshing.

My partner and I have had a really good experience with Riverhomes. Sue was brilliant when we were sorting out the tenancy - really helpful and patient. She went the extra mile to help us get all our references sorted. Once we were in Beth helped us with the inventory etc and I was impressed with how promptly all our queries were dealt with. Moving can be such a stressful experience but the team at Riverhomes really helped it to all go smoothly. We’re a week into our tenancy now and already it feels like home. Plus we get to live near a lovely stretch of the Thames. A win all round!

Great Agency - Highly Recommended

Recently my flat became vacant and required re-letting. Sue took charge, was very knowledgeable, and gave good advice and guidance on the re-letting. The flat was put on the market and within a couple of days, Sue had found some great tenants, very impressive. The office manager Beth also provided great and efficient service in sorting out the various documents required for re-letting, and Phil ensures that everything went smoothly with the previous tenant’s departure. The property maintenance team of Sara and Annabel is also great. They deal with issues quickly and efficiently and if requested can come up with quotes for resolving issues. They have a great selection of suitable “trades’ people”/contractors that can come and undertake any work required. Between tenancies recently, I required some work around two of the windows and the redecorating of the whole flat. Annabel did an excellent job of coordinating the work. The chosen contractors were also good did an excellent job and were clean and tidy ensuring that dustsheets were laid whenever appropriate As a Landlord I have been with Riverhomes for over 15 years, and they have been very efficient and have always found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend them as a quality estate agents

I love the guys at Riverhomes. I decided, after 21 years of commuting on S******* Rail from Sussex that I'd had enough and needed to rent somewhere in town for the week. A flat felt soulless and I'd always fancied living on the river. There was a beautiful Dutch barge for rent on Dove Pier. I fell in love. Immediately. Not just with the boat, but with the pier, the location, the community, everything. But I was a day too late and it had gone. I said 'you've spoiled me guys, I only want a boat here. And I want it now. This minute.' (I can be quite demanding when the mood takes me....) Within 7 days they had secured me a viewing of another boat on the same pier that had yet to come onto the market. It was...is...perfect. A deal was struck and all parties couldn't have been happier. Lewis and Phillip were most un-estate-agent-like: they were never anything other than helpful, courteous, kind and efficient. And unlike every other estate agent I've ever dealt with, they actually answered my calls and emails. The whole process was more pleasurable and painless than any property transaction I've ever experienced, and I hope this is the beginning of a long and fruitful relationship for both of us. Sue was attuned to our needs, and wasn't pushy or aggressive as I've found some agents at other agencies tend to be. EDIT- Love all the fake reviews by their own staff since my negative but HONEST review! Fools. Highly unprofessional time wasters who took my deposit and didn't give it back to me because the landlord had changed his mind on the apartment. There was nothing wrong with my guarantors, but they were looking for multi billionars and should of made that clear from the start. So in fact they wasted my time and conned me out of my money.
